TRAVEL
INSURANCE:
Caprice Tours strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance
covering medical expenses, emergency assistance, baggage claims
and trip cancellation or delay. Details will be provided with
written confirmation of your reservation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CAPRICE TOURS. Its affiliates and cooperating airlines and
agencies act only as agents in matters of transportation and
tour operation, and shall not be liable for any injury, damage,
delay, mishap, inconvenience, accidents or irregularity of
any kind whatsoever resulting entirely or in part for the
default of others or form causes beyond our control. CAPRICE
TOURS, and its agents are not liable for loses or additional
expenses, due to changes or unforeseen delays caused by weather,
acts of God, theft, political dispute, acts of terrorism,
strikes, sickness, failure of flight or other transportation
to arrive or depart on time, and other causes beyond our control.
All such loses or expenses will be borne by the passenger
as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.
CAPRICE TOUR. Accepts no responsibility for additional expenses
incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip; such as
Advance-Purchase tickets, passports, visa fees, equipment's,
etc. In addition, CAPRICE TOURS. Assumes no responsibility
for loss or damage to baggage or personal property. CAPRICE
TOURS, Inc. reserves the right to substitute accommodations,
modes of transportation and to vary the itinerary when deemed
necessary for the well being of the passenger. The right is
also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as
a tour member should such person's actions affect the operation
of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment if other
members of the expedition, and is agreed that no refunds will
be given in such circumstances. Payment of your reservation
deposits represents your acceptance of all conditions outlined
in this web page.
ASSUMPTION
OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Passengers
are hereby notified that during the expedition, mountain trip,
cruise, or other type of trip in which that will be participating
certain risks and dangers may arise, including, but not limited
to, hazards of traveling in desert, unpredictable sea or river
conditions, high altitude, mountainous terrain, travel by
aircraft, canoe, boat, train, automobile or other means of
transport, forces of nature terrorism and accident or illness
in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical
facilities. Caprice Tours & Reps will have no liability
regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any
care that may be rendered. Passengers accept that they are
voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge
injury and death. As lawful consideration for the Agreement
with Caprice Tours & Reps to participate in such trips
and activities participants agree that will not make a claim
against Caprice Tours & Reps or sue for bodily injury,
emotional trauma, death and/or property damage whatsoever.
Trip participants, release and discharge Caprice Tours &
Reps and its agents and employees from all claims, actions
and demands of any nature arising from participation in the
tour or expedition. |
